  • That is a common misperception, buyers that choose to go through the process without a realtor will not get a better deal. In fact, here are the advantages of having an AMG HD agent represent you during new construction purchases:

Representation: The builder's agents represent the builder and their interests, not yours. When you work with your own agent, they will represent you and your interests throughout the home buying process.

Experience: Real estate agents who specialize in new construction have experience working with builders and can provide valuable guidance and advice throughout the process. They can help you navigate the sometimes-complex world of new construction and ensure that your interests are protected.

Market Knowledge: Your agent will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and can provide valuable insight into the value of the home you are considering, as well as the potential for resale value in the future.

Assistance with Home Inspections: Your agent can help you navigate the home inspection process to ensure that everything is in order before you close on the home.

Overall, working with your own real estate agent can provide peace of mind and help ensure that you get the best possible deal on your new construction home in NW Florida.
