Vanessa Bergquist

Vanessa was born in the Philippines and grew up in the heart Chicago, Illinois. Immediately after graduating from Lane Tech College Prep High School, she enlisted in the United States Army as a Medical Radiology Specialist and served as a decorated Noncommissioned Officer in the First Cavalry Division in Fort Hood, Texas for 8 honorable years. She worked as a nationally licensed Diagnostic Radiologic and Computed Tomography Technologist in many hospitals in Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida. She has extensive expertise amounting to 11 years in the fields of medical imaging and emergency medicine. While working, she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry and graduated Cum Laude from St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, North Carolina. She is currently earning her master’s degree in Business Administration and will be graduating next fall.

Vanessa met her husband in the Army while she was active duty, and they are happily married with a new baby. “Gratefully, my husband’s commendable and progressive military career relocated us here to Florida last year. Vanessa has dedicated her life to serving others, both in the military and health care – and now, in real estate! Tristan “TJ” Martin started his career in real estate at DR Horton in 2012 after graduating from the University of Central Florida. At DR Horton, he managed developments encompassing over 200 lots through the entire sales and construction process. TJ was named Leader in Sales from Panama City to Pensacola for 2013, reaching over $15 Million in sales. In 2014, he joined Holiday Builders where he helped design, build and sell over 65 homes from pouring slabs to completion of the home. Travis Brewington

Operations Manager

With over 20 years of experience in operational and sales management, Travis supports the powerhouse Abbott Martin Group by promoting and maintaining our legacy brand and family culture that spans across the beautiful Emerald Coast.

After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Travis developed a passion for coordinating and implementing systems and procedures to effectively produce positive team results. After completing his military service, Travis returned to his home in South Carolina in 2000 to manage the day-to-day operations of his family’s small business specializing in residential and commercial security and safety. In 2008, Travis began a career with Coca-Cola Consolidated Inc, where he quickly excelled in sales and operational management to become a valued senior leader. In 2020, he was promoted and relocated to the Mid-Atlantic North Market Unit and managed multiple Coca-Cola facilities in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. area.

After calling Miramar Beach his vacation home for over a decade, Travis and his family relocated completely in 2021 to fulfill a dream of living on the Emerald Coast and raising his family in the Santa Rosa Beach area.
