Join us in attending the second annual "The Lu" workout in honor of MSG Luis DeLeon who was lost 8/21/19 while deployed in Afghanistan . This year they are raising money for the @travismanionfoundation, which develops programs, training opportunities, and events designed to empower veterans and families of the fallen. Please come out and support, everyone is welcome!! @bluewater.fitness @blackriflecoffee

Invite Only Heat: 8:00 am
Open Heat: 9:00 am
Kids Heat: 10:00 am

The Travis Manion Foundation strives to unite and strengthen communities by training, developing, and highlighting the role models that lead them. We develop programs, training opportunities, and events designed to empower veterans and families of the fallen, and then inspire them to pass on their values to the next generation and the community at large.
